Redoing my room, beach themed...

Question

ok im gettin my room redone in september or october. i want it beach themed. im gettin new rug (its gonna be tan) new comforter, nd a new color wall. its all gonna be matching, i already got some cute beach stuff to hang on my walls, put around my room.

any suggestions for colors (specific) comforters, furniture, etc

my room is square nd not tht big.

For colors, I would stick to the beach colors that nature has chosen, blues, sands, and white.  You can do the furniture in white, and then do the walls in lighter blue with white trimming and accent in the tans/sandy colors.  

You can also for decorations, get some clear vases or candle holders, put some sand and smaller shells in there with white pillar candles wich will look pretty.  Then you can take some more and put in some really nice blue sea glass in them.  

It's a nice theme that you choose and you can have SO much fun with it!  You can also get white sheer curtains, they are light and airy and match the theme of the beach.  Stick with nature on this one and go with the colors that are the beach!
