Reds trading Ken Griffey Jr. and now Boston Manny Ramirez

Last I checked it was still Midsummer, and thus midway through the Baseball season.. I thought they made trades during Off season, but if that is not true, please fill me in. Do baseball teams trade anytime they want to?

  1. no the trading deadline was today so teams cant trade again untill the off-season


  2. The trade deadline ended at 4pm so they can't trade till 10 days after the world series

  3. No the trade deadline is July 31st. If a guy is traded later than July 31st he can not play in the playoffs, that's why so many teams have been working out trades to improve themselves....
