Reduce hangover symptoms?

An hour and 30 mins till work i need a few things i can do to lessen y hangover quickly...working in a hot kitchen will not be good for it so what simple things can i do?

  1. ya ok man here drink a big glass of water take a tylanol and a gravole and fast buddy!

    Drink lots of water.

    Eat ice.

  4. Take a break. Then after that, take a shower. You will feel so fresh!

    these are high in vitamin B, eat it slowly

    note a vitamin B tablet tends to overload, to much to quickly.

    Note if you get hangovers just from a few drinks, its because of sugar problems.  Choose drinks low in sugar

    it works every time...

    water work's aswell but Orange juice has Vitamin C, which help's refuel and helps take over the alcohol.

    It made me throw up but afterwards i felt much better.

  9. well if u drink prikly pear juice 5 hours befor u drink u will not have a hangove......or drink a beer in the morning

  11. I don't know about all these liquids being suggested..? Liquid always made me vomit when I was hung over. I think it would depend on the degree of Nausea. If you were already puking then it may not be a good idea. If you do choose to drink something, drink something carbonated. It's good for upset stomaches.

    However, a good throw up might feel better...

  13. Is not drinking on work day's an option?  Hangovers are caused form dehydation, between your beers or liquer drink some water.  A friend of mine swears by drinking a 32oz bottle of gatorade before going to bed(passing out) along with some advil. Not drinking would be you best bet though.

  14. Eat a cucumber, it resembles very much the composition of our body liquids which need to be replaced.Alcohol dehydrates and in my experience eating cucumbers are better than anything else after a night out.

  15. Drink some tea or coffee is always a good thing.
