I download the picture from my camera to my computer and I need to know hoe to reduce the size from 1 meg to 150 kb. Can anyone help?

You CAN try it to open it up in your favourite image editor and save it as another format.

There are a few reasons for an image file's size to be big, first it can be the size of the picture like it is some big picture like 2000pixelx2000pixel, or it can be the format of the picture like .bmp which is a lossless format thats why it makes the file size bigger, or it can be both of them at the same time... so try down sizing your picture if you don't need to keep it that way like 500pixelx500pixel instead of 2000x2000 or try to change the format of the picture like .jpg, lower its quality while resaving it.
