The founder of Reeden Capital Raul Marrero calls a comparison between himself and Donald Trump laughable (see below) - and indeed it is.  This company, Reeden Capital, can not even keep its website on the air.  www.reeden.com   It seems to be an ethnic version of slumlording aimed at Hispanics.

    They are active in commercial real estate and radio broadcasting, and selling dreams of fast riches through real estate investment.
