Reference letter emergency?

I need a reference letter in 6 hours

I want to know how to make one

I am also 16 yrs old and my former employers and managers did not like me very much who can I place in my references

Maybe a teacher, or a minister who knows you (if you go to church) or a neighbor etc.

I can tell you as an employer that making up a reference letter is a very serious matter.  If you're dishonest about that, can I trust you with my company's money, customers and other matters?  Would YOU trust you, knowing that you lied?  You're selling yourself when you apply for a job.  Take my advice.  Get along with your managers.  They have more experience than you, and they have something called "seniority."  That means they are the bosses.  They are the people who set the schedules, assign the nasty jobs and also the easy ones.  Your attitude is what is causing you problems with your former managers and employers.  Look at yourself and ask yourself if you would really want to be waited on by yourself.  Then look back at the best person who ever waited on you.  Focus on what made you like that person, and not just the one thing, but everything!  Try to emulate that person's behavior and attitude.  You'll find that your employers and managers will like you a whole lot more.

Forging a reference letter is a misdemeanor. It's not worth the risk, even if you're willing to do something illegal.
