Referral help in our research study

Question

We have this research in school (Saint Louis University, Baguio City, Philippines) and we used the tool by Dr. Richard Rathge in his survey "Informal caregivers: 2002" (Outreach survey). We can't pursue on our study unless we can't have his approval. We are trying to contact him in email but unfortunately, no reply yet from him... We are really in need of his approval.. maybe some of you, can help us in having his approval through giving us referral where we can get in touch with him. Thank you very much...
