Anyone knows a good company that can refinance a 400,000 doller home in which i only pay about 850-1000 a month...

hmm, well the home is 400k but what is your original loan balance?

to get it to 850-1000 a month you might have to get creative. interest only, arm... lots of stuff to consider.
