Reflective outer clothing.?

when i drive at night i often kind of see people who are wearing dark or black clothes walking near the road. i think are they nuts or what . would you be in favour of a law that made some reflective materail on the outer clothes mandatory when out at night .

Call me Republican or something, but I think a government that governs least, governs best.

If people are careless enough to not dress correctly and endanger themselves, let them do it.

There is no need to pass a law for every good idea. Your proposal is an example of  "The Nanny State."

People are responsible for their own behavior.  If someone is dim enough to dress darkly as a night-time pedestrian they may be too dim to buy and use reflective safety clothes.
