Refridgerator problem. my refridgerator is gathering water and ice on the bottom of the fridge

my refridgerator is gathering water and ice on the bottom of the fridge part. i already took of the covers in the freezer part and melted the ice and dried it up , that lasted for about three days now the water and ice are back. i'mnot sure how to find or access the drain tube that was on my old fridge.
