  1. Check the door seal to make sure it is sealing properly.  Also check the door for proper fit, (has it been moved recently?).  If the light is not cutting off, could cause the problem.  Remove the bulb and see if it works properly, if so check the actuation of the light switch.

  2. It sounds to me like your circulation fan has gone out. This is the fan that pulls cold air from your freezer to your refrigerator to keep the refrigerator part cold. It could also be the defrost heater is malfunctioning as previously posted. I would call someone and have it checked. Good luck.

  3. HVAC Tech.: The auto defrost isn't working for some reason. For right now you need to thaw it out, unplug it, remove the contents and let it stand open for 24 hours. There will be water to clean off the floor.                                                The defrost timer might have gone bad, or the mullion heater might have gone bad.If you want it to auto defrost again you will have to have a technician take a look at it. You could also defrost it yourself about every two or three weeks.

  4. it sounds like you have a problem with the defrost cycle of your frig there are to many components to describe here, best if you call an appliance repair before it craps out completely and you loose your food

  5. When you say by the lines, this sounds like a fridge that is not frost free.  If that's the case some frost build up is going to be normal under humid conditions.  I don't understand where the moisture is located.  If it is a fridge you have to defrost check the coils underneath for dirt.
