Refrigerator humming noise and loss of coolness in... Our refrigerator is making a Humming Noise

Question

Our refrigerator is making a Humming Noise that comes on & off about every 5 minutes. Our freezer is cooling off a bit, ice cream is soft and frozen items are sweating. I vacuumed the coils but they looked OK to begin with. I removed the rear panel to inspect and touched the Capacitor & Starter to see if they were vibrating but did not feel anything. Its a Kenmore side by side model 253.52622200 Whay do you think?
