Refrigerator not cooling

Question

my westpoint fridge 320 lt was working fine. its 5 yr old. durign relocation from one city to another it stopped cooling. its can be switched on, it makes sound like normal, even compressor at backis making noise as normal but after few minutes you realise its not cooling - neither fridge nor freezer.
