Refrigerator not getting cold. My refrigerator portion is not getting cold. The freezer works

Question

My refrigerator portion is not getting cold. The freezer works fine. Initially, I thought the issue is just with circulation. I removed all of the obstructions to the circulation and used a hairdryer to defrost the stem that feeds cold air to the frig. However, the frig is still not getting cold. Any suggestions?
