Refrigerator runs but does not cool. What could be the problem?

Every once in a while I can hear the motor kick in but the unit does not cool at all. It is a sealed system, so maybe there is a blocakge somewhere? Any way to fix this??

you have to fill the gas. consult with ac/ fridge machanic

(gas in the small pipes of Refrigerator(behind)

Did you check to see if there is a fan near the coils at the bottom?  Does the freezer section not get cold or the entire fridge?

Check the back of the fridge. Is the track frozen?
