Refugee in France. I Arrive in France by the transit of munich.

Im from Georgia,Tbilisi. Now in Georgia is war and I cant return in my country im scared to return and Im interesting how I can request refugee , Asylum in France? I arrive in France by transit and where I can request in Germany of France?

You will find it difficult to persuade anyone you are a Georgian refugee, because all the gypsies have worked out years ago that hanging around a station with a couple of kids and a cardboard sign saying:

Romanian refugee

Bosnian refugee

or something similar, gets more money than a sign saying illegal beggar immigrant.  By the time you get to Paris the streets will be full of Spanish gypsies with signs saying 'Georgian refugee' and asking for money.

In France, the requirements for obtaining refugee status are laid down in the Law of 25 July 1952, which confers the granting of such status to the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons (OFPRA), a public body under the authority of the Foreign Ministry, and an administrative court, the Refugee Appeals Board, which is placed under the supervision of the Conseil d’Etat.

Officialy there is no refugees from Georgia going to Europe..I think that you are looking for an excuse to get european valid paper....France has already so many refugees that we dont know where to put them anymore.

I doubt that you will be able to stay....Why dont you imigrate to Russia?

I think that you are watching to much CNN ..Georgian were the first to start this conflict and the Georgian president is nothing else than a US satelite ...The European and the US have opened the pandora's box with Kosovo..but I wonder why they refused to see the south Osseties to be independant right?
