look at irs.gov - under the question "Where's my refund" put in your information and they will let you know if they received your taxes and have processed them and they will give a date of when you will get it (if they received it already).  If they haven't received it, they will also tell you that.

For the stimulus payment - there is a tab on the same website that will show you the schedule of the pay outs depending on the last 2 numbers of your social and if you are having direct deposit on your federal taxes or waiting for a paper check.
