Refund. how come I have asked for a refund by email 3 times and then today sent another one for

how come I have asked for a refund by email 3 times and then today sent another one for the 4th and final time. Out of these 4 times I had not yet recieved any response? Are they recieving my emails and just ignoring me or are they just not getting them?
