Refund????

Question

I purchased a TV from the internet the other dfay and when it came it wouldnt even turn on. Its been picked up I was going to exchange for another one but after thinking about it I havent got much faith in the new tele Ill be getting!! It might work then break a couple of months after. Just doesnt look good really I think. Will I get a refund? I think Ive got a good enough reason. Ta

Your consumer rights state that you have been sold a faulty product and are entitled to a suitable replacement, or a full refund, whichever you choose. They don't have a leg to stand on.

That sounds fair enough to me.

If they have already despatched the new one it might be more tricky, I'd call them as soon as you can.

I've done similar with other products off the internet.
