Refunding a product from Argos back to Argos

Question

I ordered a matress from argos by delivery, i tried it on my bed and it is too small on my bed, will argos refund this mattress even though the wrapping is damaged but the matress looks brand new?

Only if you have the delivery note and they wont refund they will just give you a credit note if you dont have the packaging

Dont tell them you put it on the Bed .. just tell them you unwrapped it and - you dont like the look of it..and you have changed your mind....they have a 90 day exchange no quible deal  ...Argos are ok! at taking stuff back..

I think things like that come under the same return policies as underwear

Yes along as you return within the 28 days after delivery. All you have to do is go to Argos they will set up the refund pick up the matress and transfer the refund onto card once they have taken it. The refund can take uptp 3 days to go through.
