Regal Rat along with.......what?

I think I'm going to start feeding Regal Rat to my 2 females. But I want them to have some more variety. So along with there daily fruits and veggies, could I give them a small grain mix ever other day or twice a week? Not a huge mixture but something consisting of: rolled barley, oats, split green pease and what else? Just small things. Not big things like cherrios or dog food. Any suggestions?

Mine won't eat any grains, at all, I give pumpkin seeds occasionally as a treat, I use a basic mix for rats and chicken flavoured rat nuggets, (they like these) but they do leave bits of the mix, so I have a big bowl of the nuggets, and just a small bowl of mix,  rest of diet is a bit of what we have every day,

Absolutely! That'd be great actually :).

Suggestions: Rolled barley, dry rolled oats, puffed rice or wheat, split peas, a few sunflower seeds, whole wheat pasta.
