Regarding Caribbean Diseases?

I went to the Caribbean in February. I came back with what appeared to be a flu. A few weeks later, I woke up and my left side was numbed (this has not changed). Since then, I haven't felt like myself & my chest has been aching. I've had a million different tests done through my doctor. Numerous blood tests, heart tests, cat scans, chest x-rays etc. Everything has come back normal. Any thoughts or opinions? Thank You

some times when you drink water in other countries it will make you sick

it comes from the food and water your immune system is not used to it

maybe someone put a voodoo spell on you or something. Did you purchase any weird masks??
