Regarding Clitoris piercings?

Ok I'm just curious....concerning the above - do they actually pierce through the clitoris or is it just through the clitoral hood? Also wondering whether it enhances/alters/changes sensation to the nerve endings present at the clitoral tip? Thank you

  1. Women can get either pierced - but with the actual C**t, they have the risk of losing feeling, where as with the hood, (I don't think) they don't.   I'd assume it'd make it more sensitive..

  2. Piercing the actual clitoris is very rare and fairly dangerous. A less than skilled piercer can damage all of those precious nerve endings and cause sensation to be lost (sometimes permanently)

Most common are hood piercings (either vertical or horizontal). It's just through the hood, not piercing the clitoris at all. Most women notice an increase in sensitivity, but not all. The increased sensation usually only happens with direct stimulation, but sometimes a tight pair of pants can put pressure on the area, resulting in stimulation.

  3. IT FEELS LIKE CONSTANT s*x

  4. It really depends on the size of the clitoris.

Most women don't have a large enough clitoris to take a piercing safely, so it's normally the hood that's done.  However very occasionally a woman with a very large (1.5" or more) clitoris will have the clitoris itself pierced.
