why does shell gas more expensive that gasul or other LPG gases in the market

  2. The reverse is what we call cut-throat competition.

    We fault a large company that cuts its prices to drive competitors out of the business, or avoids getting into pricing wars.

    Then, if prices are very uniform we suspect there is price fixing. (Which there well may be.)

    Particularly when the product is being sourced from a major player, so that cutting prices at retail looks to be a squeeze play, the big palyer can not get away with pricing low, pricing high or pricing the same as the smaller suppliers.

    But the large players are very aware that any fuel they do not sell today will bring more tomorrow, or next month, next year. No need to cut prices today to optimize profits.

  3. Shell charges more, they think their gas doesn't stink. They sometimes charge by how much you use per year, if you use less they charge more per gallon. Seems like a ripoff to me
