I understand it is legal to place a bet but I can't find an answer as to whether you can get into legal trouble by putting money into an account on an offshore betting internet site? Can your credit card be frozen, etc...

  1. I've never heard of that happening to anyone.  I've been in the industry for 7 years.  It is not illegal so it cannot get you into 'legal trouble'.  Sure there are some sites that are easier to deposit and withdraw with, but that is due to the processor that the site uses.  There are not many reliable ones out there right now.  For reviews of the easiest to use reputable sportsbooks, go to http://GamblingReviewsSite.com  You will find comprehensive independent site reviews, free daily sports picks, betting tips, and much more.  You can even post your favorite pick of the day and compare with other users!  See you there.

  2. There is virtually no chance of facing legal trouble when gambling online.  There is no federal law that pertains to online gambling by the player.  However, your credit and/or debit card company might have a filter that restricts transactions with gambling sites.  None of my cards worked, and the transactions were merely declined.  I've not heard of any accounts being frozen, nor would I expect it.

Check http://dagus-statistics.com/funding.htm for a list of methods that you can use to deposit to a gambling site, and you'll also find bonus codes to some great sites.

  3. Jackques is right, you can play in internet and its absolutely legal
