Regarding afraud site?

Dear Sir

First hope you be fine, my question is ,are they www.usafis.org & www.usagc.org , are fraud sites . if yes what is the real site for USA green card , where i aply my application in which site, I will be quite thankful for your reply.

Only follow the guidelines on the USCIS website.  Any others are likely fraudulent.  This link provides all the answers you need.

http://www.dvlottery.state.gov/ is the official site for the Diversity Lottery. Applications are usually open from October to December each year. DV-2010 should start this October.
