Regarding choosing a new location site for a new opening of store?

What do you think are the important issues needed to consider when choosin a new location site for the supermarket chain i.e Tesco or a chain of 5 star hotel i.e Hilton??

Before making the final decision, visit the site/area several times in the week at a different time of the day.  You are making a note of traffic flow and also considering what to sell.  If there are neighbors check with their demands. What demands are high in that particular area. If you do not have what the people demand in the store-they will travel 5 to 10 miles to get what they want.
