  1. the color code system is based off your angle into the ball meaning that your toe is to upright which will cause the ball to go left or if toe is down the ball will go right.the best thing to do is see a fitter with a deflection board you will hit some balls off of it and it leaves a mark on the soul. that will give you the info you need. good luck.

  2. The dot indicated where you strike the bottom of the iron whn striking the ball. The specs you provided only give your grip size and length.

You have to go to a fitter and hit with the irons for your dot to be determined.,

  3. Part of purchasing Ping clubs is being custom fitted by the pro-shop. It's included in the price.

By the way, it's not your height that determines the proper club length, it the distance from the wrist to the floor, so a taller person with longer arms may end up with shorter clubs than a person of your height with shorter arms.

    Enjoy your new Pings!

  4. It does detmine the angle which is discussed but you also need to determine the correct shaft for your swing.   Based on you height, you need to see a pro and have yourself analyzed to get the correct torque and flex  based on your swing speed.

  5. i have a similar build and I play black dot.  The PING website has an e-fit section that I found helpful as I was trying to decide between back or red (1* flat). It said I needed black and I later went to a store to find out more by hitting differnt irons through the Ping fit system and the e-fit was accurate.  I'd start there.
