Regarding my desktop screen settings

hi.. my name is manju... i have a problem based upon my desktop settings...

i use a monitor of LG ( CRT) version - 700E.... by accident it so hpnd that i chngd my settings of the desktop... and now i cannot adjust it properly.... so, can u help me with that???
