I really don't want to be rude, but it would help you get more answers if you post the original question in the "additional details" section of this one.  Too many people post on here; it'd be fairly difficult to locate your previous post.

child molestation is a criminal offense.  your little girl should be represented by the District Attorney.  The District Attorney does not charge a fee to prosecute a case in court.  I would not try to prosecute this in court yourself.  Go to the DA in your county.

Edit:  You can take the kid to court in a civil case after you win the criminal case.  The verdict from the criminal case will be your evidence for the civil case.
