Must I need to find a solicitor to check all the documents?

How much the solicitor will charge me?

What sort of procedure the solicitor must help me to do?

I saw a item call "PRICE" on some agency's ad, What's that?

What other else I need to attend?

Because I am the first time to rent a shop, Thanks!!!

  1. One of the best things you can do is to take the lease to a quiet place to read by yourself.  You don't have to have a solicitor.  If there is any sentence that you do not understand, cross it out.  If the landlord insists that it must not be crossed-out, have the landlord write it so that it is clear English and you understand it.  If you don't understand it in plain English , then a solicitor won't help you.  You are going to be cheated.  You can do this. /
