  2. sRGB refers to a standard RGB color space.  sRGB is optimized for web usage.  Typically images for www use sRGB while images target towards printing use adobe's RGB space because it translates more accurately when printed using CMYK devices using traditional 4-color ink systems.

    Usually you want to work natively with whatever the color space is of the output device you want (in your case most likely Adobe RGB but check with whoever is making your prints to see what their equipment uses and set your camera to use that color space if it has the option - most pro/semi-pro DSLRs do).
