what do i do in order to answer the person who sent me sms but i didn't answer him for third consecutive time how am i able to send him sms again?

I guess your problem is that you erased the message and you don't have the number nor know the person who sent you the message.

Then, you can't answer.

just call them on the phone instead of spending all your time typing a little message on a cell phone.

IT depends on your individual  text messaging plan?  unlimited , limited or if  you pay per message? and if you feel like sending them a message.

Make sure you do not go over your limit...

i would say that the proper thing to do is answer them or give them a phone call,

start with Reply  and go from there...

Open the Sms you want to answer. Select 'reply' from the menu. Type your answer and press 'send'.
