Regarding the 9/11 Commission Report...?

First let me say, I have NOT read it so I'm just asking a question. I recently heard someone say that the CIA, FBI, George W. Bush & Bill Clinton knew what those guys(the terrorists on the planes) were planning to do. From the same person I also heard that Bush, Chaney & Clinton all 3 refused to testify under oath regarding their knowledge of the fact, before the fact. Make sense? So can anyone tell me if that's true & where could I find that in the report?

Your information is incorrect.  The report was posted on the internet through federal gov't web sites and made available to the public.  I thought the report was a joke and more of a feel good lets not assign blame and lets move on type report.  The biggest problem was Jamie Gorecki.  She is the person assigned and directed by Democrat President Bill Clinton to put up the wall that blocked the CIA from talking to the FBI.  This is the reason 9/11 occurred.  Clinton needed to stop the flow of information between international and US or he would be in jail.  The CIA had lots of information about his illegal contributions from foreign gov'ts, like the Ryadi Family in Indonesia and the Communist Chinese Gov't.  He gave proven favors to these groups that are documented and these evidence couldn't be allowed to be transferred fromt he CIA to the FBI or he would be in trouble for this.  Look up the Ryadi family on the internet.  There are 2 major low sulfur coal reserves in the world.  One in the US and one in Indonesia.  The Ryadi family ownes the reserve in Indonesia so as payment to the Ryadi family for illegal campaign contributions and other favors Clinton made the reserve in the US a national park off limits.  The Communist Chinese Missile Technology team was at a White House Coffee.  Soon after the US helped the Chinese launch a "civilian satelite" which gave them the missle technology to put multiple nuclear war heads on the top of the same rocket.  Clinton changed the approval of top secret missle technology transfer from the State Department to the Department of Commerce.  Does that sound like a good idea to you?  Ron Brown who was just a pawn was put in charge of the Commerce Department.  When these facts started coming to light he misteriously died in a plane crash in a mountain region with first responders saying he was shot in the head.  Just another mystery of death close to the Clintons.  Look up the Buddist Monks Al Gore Campaign Contributions story as well as Ryadi Family, Jamie Gorecki FBI CIA wall, Missle technology transfer to china, Ron Brown Secretary of State.  You'll learn far more than the candy coated 9/11 report.  These items are all from multiple legitimate sources.

Well none of them testified under oath in public, Bush and Chaney even refused, 'WHY?' even now they are scared of a public inquiry, 'WHY?'  and NIST can't have it both way's on their report of building 7, if the exterior frame was so stiff and strong as they say, then it should have stopped the collapse, or at the very least we would have seen a bowing effect where tremendous opposing forces were battling each other for dominance in determining the direction of the fall.  They haven't got a clue, first it was the damage that brought it down, then the damage was not enough, then it was the fires, then the fires were not enough, now it has to be 'the magic bullet' or a 'miracle'.
