  1. It depends. Sometimes once you get to the border, the conductors will come and check your papers. Sometimes they don't. You don't need to validate the Pass at the ticket station if you are not staying in that country, only passing it. Have a fun trip!


  2. it gets validated at your first ride.  from there you just show it with your id
