Airconditioners, coolers, fans, hand-held fans, cold showers, cool drinks and holidays abroad.

Drink lots of water,preferably cool,stay air-conditioned or plant lots of trees around your house,or visit a hill-station.Don't venture out much during day,especially noon.If you don't have AC,use wet-paper curtains,which transfer loo to a pleasant,cool wind.

It is said a good curry has a cooling effect.
