Regarding theft in mall. please help me out?

I am an international student . I have made crime with my freind by stealing certain things in mall.

I am very much guilty about that. Can i know what kind of punishment will i get and do u suggest of a lawyer.

My case is 3 weeks from now.

So please help me out .

Will i be deported back or will there be any fine or jail..

Fine,maybe jail. I'm not sure of deportation,but it is possible. Bottom Line is, YOU JUST DON'T STEAL!

you wont be deported 30% of inmates in the u.s are illegal and they dont deport them.i dont know why they dont!!!

If there's a charge being filed, then yes, most likely you will be deported.

If they didn't pursue the issue any further, then you will be fined.

There are some lawyers out there that charge from free to about $100/hour for the initial consultation.

I will consult to one if I were you, since being an international student means that you should have money.
