Regarding visa?

i applied for business sponsor sub class 457 visa in australia . my visa application was refuse and i find that its the mistake of the migration agent. i applied for review of the decision to the tribunal, but they wrote only the sponsor can apply. as the given time to review expired. what is the next step should my sponsor take, please advise

They should contact a migration agent. However, Australia is pretty strict, so it's doubtful you will be granted a visa now that your previous one was denied. They usually do not buy the idea that it's their fault either as they will approve visas as long as they have all the proper documentation submitted. If the documentation is not there, or is not correct, then they deny the visa. It's as simple as that. Now that you have a big rejection in your history, you will likely find it difficult to obtain another visa. Your best bet is for the sponsor to contact a migration agent and run the details past them.
