Question:

Region 0 - but NTSC DVD's, will they play on PAL players?

I know it sounds a little dumb, but whats the point in a all region DVD if it will only play on 1 system... Or will region 0 (ALL region DVDs) play on any system?

    NTSC and PAL are completely incompatable.
