My dad put me down on my new horses passport that i was the owner. I am 13, is this allowed.. Am I allowed to be the registered owner?

  2. Do not worry. That is fine for you to be the registered owner. Because of your age, your parents are still responsible.

  3. Yes you can legally be the owner but he is still responsible if there is a problem. ( for example if you didn't feed it etc and the RSPCA got called in - the fact that your name is on the paperwork would not absolve him from responsibility because legally you are a minor.)
