Registration Of Secondary Vehicle?

Okay, so I live in Pennsylvania, and i had a mazda and was driving it for years. i got one of those personalized license plates. i then decided to buy another car, and knowing that i wouldn't be driving my mazda, i transfered my license plate over to my new car. i garaged my mazda for 2 years. now i want to pull it out and drive it again. how do i RE register my mazda? i have all my forms, title number, vin number, etc., But NO PLATE, because i transfered it over to my primary (current) vehicle. it keeps giving me an error on the website when i enter the original "last" known plate number for the mazda. how do i register online?

Register it at the DMV, someone will have to do a little extra typing canceling the primary car.  BTW where is the primary car, that the problem.  It still show the tag for the primary car and want let you cancel it unless someone can show it's status.
