    15. Catacombs

Sorry I can't remember anymore. These are the ones I've been to.

  3. 1. The Louvre: Will need 1 full day to visit all of it, but you can probably browse through it in a couple of hours. The Pyramid entrance is amazing.

    2. Musee des Arts Decoratifs: Retarces the evolution of Furniture over the last millenium. You can wolk through rooms recreated from different periods. Amazing. It is located right next to the Louvre.

Also in that building are the Musee de la Mode et du Textile and the Musee de la Publicite.

    3. Musee de Branly (aka Musee Chirac). Openned a couple of years ago. Impressive building designed by Jean Nouvel. It host collections on primitive arts from Australia, Africa, South America and Asia. The Museum is the most beutiful in Paris. It is located 5 minutes away from Eiffel Tower, along the Seine.

    4. Palais de Tokyo: Opposite the Eiffel Tower, it host 'very' Contemporary art collections. A visit won't take more than 40 minutes. Definitely worth visiting though because of the crazy art.

    5. Musee d Art Moderne: The Parisian MoMA. Located right next to the Palais de Tokyo. The plaza between the two museums offers a great view of the Eiffel Tower.

    6. Musee Galliera: Devoted to Clothing. It last hosted a retrospective on Jean Charles de Castelbaljac. It is just opposite the Palais de Tokyo, on tyhe same street.

    7. Musee de l Homme

    8. Musee des Monuments et du Patrimoine Francais:

Both are right on the Trocadero. The best place to appreciate the Eiffel Tower (right opposite the Tower, with the River in Between. Perfectly aligned with the Champs de Mars). The Musee du des Monuments just recently opened and offers a large selection of models of the main French monuments.

    9. Centre George Pompidou: Kind of isolated (5-10 minutes by taxi to the East of the City). This is again an amazing piece of architecture. It usually host 3-4 different art/history expositions at the same time. Definitely worth visiting as it is one of the most recognizable new building in Paris.

    10. Foundation Cartier: Again, this one is isolated, located toward the south-east part of the city. It is an Art Collection financed by Carier.

    11. Louis Vuitton Store on the Champs Elysees. The only reason this store is allowed to stay open on Sundays is because they host a Photography Collection in one of their floors. An odd place from a mini-museum. But definitely an intersting way to undertsand how a loophole allowed them to open on Sunday.

    12. La Grande Arche (La Defense): Tne Grande Arch was built from the 1989 bicentennial. They usually host small expositions on the last floor. Nothing special, but definitely an intersting place to visit.

    13. Versailles Palace: 45 minutes by subway (RER). The most famoud French Palace.

    14. Le Grand Palais, le Petit Palais & le Palais de la Decouverte: All three were built during the belle epoque. Amazing pieces of architecture located along the Champs Elysees. They host temporary large-scale expositions. A must-see.

There are just so many other museums to visit in Paris, dependingon your personnal preferences. However, these should definitely cover the must-sees.

Just in case, some of the monuments worth visiting are:

    - Eiffel Tower: Obviosuly

    - Avenue Montaigne, Avenue George V, Avenue des Champs Elysees: Put together, they form the Godlen Triangle. Simply the most beautiful street in Paris.

    - Place de la Concorde (where the US Embassy and the best Hotel are)

    - Place Vendome (Famous for all the Jewellers)

    - Arc de Triomphe

    - La Grande Arche & La Defense

    - Pont Alexandre III (The Most Beutiful Bridge in Paris) leading the Les Inavildes.

    - Les Printemps on Blvd Hausman: Department Store in a beautiful Belle Epoque building.

    - Pont de l Alma and the Liberty Flame (the unofficial monument to Princess Dian's Accident)

    - Rue du Feaubourg St Honore & La Madeleine: Lots of Luxury Store, the Elysee and many embassies located on that street.
