10 Unexcused absences no licenses?

Question

So i got 12 unexcused absences and i called the dmv they said my license arent suspended. Is there a way i can get my license this summer or do i have to wait till next school year

What are you talking about?  Unexcused absence for what?  School attendance is not related to getting your driver's lisence...

Nope, you have to go a whole semester with less than ten unexcused absenses.  Unless you're 18.

Stop cutting class.

Here in Texas, if you're under 18, you need to have that certificate.

You can find a toll free number on DMV.org (or com) not sure and you can also search DMV and the state your in to get on your states homepage. Ea state is different so call them or check out their website

i am not sure. you must have the same crappy laws as nc. Bad attendance or bad grades = no license.

Have you already gotten your license and then they were suspended or are you trying to get them. I do know if they are taken because of bad grades or attendance then you have to go before a judge and prove that your grades have improved or i think if it is the attendance thing you have to go to school a whole semister without having more than 10 unexcused absences. So if you are attemting to get them for the first time you will probably have to wait until school starts back and improve your attendance before they will allow you to get them.
