This pakistani guy is a reginal representative of Asia. He has working in Thailand for 3 years. I met him randomly online because he went to the same college with me (He graduated in 1989. I graduated in 2006) He is my father age. Anyway, I told him, I am moving to Thailand and seeking for employment. He told me, there are an opening position for me. I was in the USA. He waited for me for 3 weeks. We met for dinner for the first time at MBK, Thailand last Thursday. We talked about college and life in the USA as we both are an alumni. I gave him my resume. I also told him, I went to other interviews in the morning. He told me a little about job duties. He said, he wants me to come to his office on Monday to talk about compensation and contract. (He said, the job is a temp-to-hire) He did not have his business card with him. He claimed he will e-mail me the office address. However, I have not heard from him.
I sent him e-mail reminding him of the office address but he has not replied.

P.S. He is an award winning and well known in NGOs world. I can trust him. However, he is not follow the deadline. earlier, he asked me to submit an application to attending a workshop in BKK. I told him, the deadline has been expired. He said, it is our dealine--no problems you can still attend.
My point is if I want to work for him. I have to know his behavior and native cultural. Please advice. Thank you.
