10001 Applique problems

Question

I am having problems with the appliques. The last five designs have not stitched out correctly. WIth ten to fifteen color changes, approximately a third of them is not stitching in the proper position.

I have used these designs last year, without any problems.

I have done the test... where the plus sign is touched... and test is complete.

Can you help me? Thank you
