  1. i know a girl that didnt get hers til 10th grade... youre fine!

  2. Its perfectly normal. I got mine like 2 months after I turned 13. Just be happy you don'tt have it yet.

  3. yes its normal. and no im sorry there is no way to push it back. though i wish there was. its not discomforting unless you get cramps, but tylenol ususlaly does away with those. im sorry.

  4. yes thats very normal

  5. I was 13.5, I had 2 friends who were 14, and one who was 15, almost 16. There really isn't a way to push it back, when your body feels it is ready, it will.

    :)

  6. Yes it is normal. some girls have there first one when they are 16 or 17. it usually happens when your breast have been developing for 2 years. and no you can't push back your period (that's impossible sorry =:(. but don't worry, yours will happen soon because everyones body starts at different times!

  7. Not to worry. If you don't get it by 16 then you should start to get concerned. Ahh, I don't think we can decide when we get it.

  8. Your perfectly fine! be thankful really.

  9. well idk really how much control u have over your period but if u do sports and stay physical you might get it a little later no promises though. and it is tottally normal not to hvae your period by now i know u probly hear this alot but its trye so listen... everybodys body is different.

  10. It is very normal to not get your period at 13. It may be up to the age of 17. There is no way to stop it from coming. :) sorry don't we all wish we could just stop it from coming haha

  11. It's normal. There isn't any way to control when your period will eventually rear it's ugly head. All you can do it be prepared!

    Good luck!

  12. Im 15, and i got it at the end of 07, and trust me, it sucks, becuasew the first two years are irregular, and everyone got those years overwith *by irregular, they can be super heavy or super light, uneven, or you don tget it everymonth, you get it every 5, but then you get it 3 times in one month!* and everyone got that all overwith when they were 10! so its not really great to put it off.

but dont think its when your mom got hers, thats not true, my mom got it at 11! so just wait, if you get discharge then your gunna get it withink 2 years of when that started, so start carrying pads or tampons with you.

but finally, your weight, diet, exersiing, and stress can effect it, but don ttry inducing those things, to push it off, thats just awful and unhealthy!

    hope this helps

    xx

  13. I'm 15, got mine the start of this year, it was right before my birthday, so I was 14. I didn't start getting mine regularly until a couple months ago.

No, there's no way of pushing it back :[

I know you might be scared by what you read on here, but you'll be okay. We all go through it, it's just a sign of growing up.

I was actually happy I got it, because I thought there was something wrong with me.

  14. Hun, if you dont have it consider yourself LUCKY.

    REALLLY LUCKY . its sucks.

& active people are more likely to get it later. if you're active then you'll probably get it around 14 or 15.

if you are older then 16 and still dont have it go to see a doctor,

also if you are SUPER skinny, like really skinny stickthin, then your body may not be nourished enough to make a baby, therefor no period

  15. Yes, it's very normal.

    Sometimes girls won't get

    it until they're 16.

I thought I wasn't going to get it either,

but I got it today, and I'm so happy.

As crazy as it sounds :)

But I don't think there's anything you can

do to ''push it back'', like my mom says

    it comes when it comes.

  16. Yes it is normal. Uhm No their is no way of doing that. You will get your period when your body is ready

  17. Totally normal. I know girls that have started from age 8, all the way to age 17, no worries :)

And no, I don't believe so.

    I started when I was about 13 1/2
