19 year old Driving Jobs? (Courier)?

Question

Does anyone know any companies that will hire 19 year olds for DZ/AZ/GZ driving? I have had my G for 3 years, my A D and airbrake for 4 months. I know because of insurance most companies have a hard time hiring under 21, but does anyone know where I might be able to find a job in or near one of these cities: Hamilton, Dundas, Ancaster, Cambridge, Burlington, Oakville, West Toronto, Barrie, or Orillia?

I have already ruled out UPS, FedEX and purolator, they all need 21 year olds.
