1978 pick up c10 need opinions ?

any good looking in buying one and restoring any suggestions on better ones

Make sure it has a V8.

go to craigslist.com or ebay. find one with little to no rust...which is hard to do...especially on the bed of the truck.

try to find one in the southwest region if possible.

It sholud have a chev 305 or 350 shortblock.Look for the 350 most of them had 4 boly mains,and 4 barrell carbs,I d repalce the carbs regardless because rodchester carbs are ****,go with a edelbrock!!!!!Also check out the frame and the body mounts.they re bad for rot.hope this helps.
