1991 Honda Civic Ignition coil bad?

Question

I had the head on my Honda redone completely, new valves and stuff...so i installed it on their and I think the timing was off. Now the timing is on right, but it will only turn over. It will turn over then, it will try to turn on. It finally does turn on but then dies soon after. I changed the plugs, so I dont know what might be wrong....you think its the ignition coil?

Your probably 180 degrees off on the timing. It will look like it's on. Check for spark first off, it you have spark it's not the coil.

if everything else is ok then I would look at the fuel system
