2 home audio subs?

Question

Can someone give me a detailed description on how i can hook up my 2 subs to my yamaha v661 reciever because when i do one only works. there has to be different settings or something

are you sure you need two anyway?? bass is no directional so it wouldn't matter about a 'stereo effect'.

You have given us very little information about the subs.

Are they self powered?

How have you tried to hook them up to find they dont work?

nice receiver; since your receiver only has one sub woofer pre out you need an RCA Y

Does your receiver have 2 sub-woofer  outputs? If not, I used a Y connector on my Pioneer.Hooked it up to the sub-woofer pre-out and it works fine on both my floor standing speakers with powered subs.
